The patient record is the heart of the Altapoint Medical Billing system.  The tabbed Patient record neatly organizes pertinent patient data into several well organized screens including:

The Patient Ledger shows in detail the patients billing history.  Billing history can be viewed for entire family, and can be limited by payment status, transaction date, transaction type, and other filter elements.

The Billing section allows the input of all necessary information for Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Insurance Carriers.

Images are easily imported into the system from standard image files, or acquired directly from a scanner.  Each image is stored with a date, user defined category, and a note explaining the image.

Images are useful for storing pictures of insurance cards, or any other printed information.
